Who we are
Novelo is a clothing rental subscription launching in Portugal. If you have any questions about your data, write to us at hello@novelo.life.
What we collect
- If you join the list: your email address and, if you choose to tell us, the clothing sizes you usually wear and where you're based (your city).
- If you write to us as a brand: your brand name, work email and, if you add them, your website or Instagram.
We don't ask for anything else, and we don't buy data about you from anyone.
Why we use it
- Waitlist emails. To confirm your email, tell you when we launch and give you your founding member offer. We do this because you agreed to it by ticking the box.
- Your size and location. To decide which sizes to bring in from our brands and where to deliver first. We only look at them in totals.
- Brand enquiries. To reply to you about a partnership, because you asked us to.
Who else sees it
Only the service that hosts our site, stores the data and sends our emails: Lovable. It processes data only on our instructions. We never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or for up to 12 months after launch if you don't become a member, whichever comes first. Brand enquiries are kept for as long as we're talking, and up to 12 months after that.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to send it to you in a usable file. You can withdraw your consent by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or writing to hello@novelo.life. We'll reply within one month.
